Pfeuffer’s hinged cold room doors are the ideal solution for cold room applications in the temperature range from 0 °C to +8 °C. With a robust design, a door leaf thickness of 85 mm and high-quality materials such as stainless steel or galvanized sheet steel, they offer a long service life and high hygiene standards. Flexible installation types allow them to adapt to any room concept. Thanks to their precise workmanship, they ensure long-lasting, smooth operating processes for industrial cooling and minimize energy losses – even during high usage.

Our hinged cold room doors are available in single or double-leaf versions, with or without windows. You can also choose from numerous optional extras, such as door contact switches, impact protection, pressure equalization valves, with or without threshold and much more.

Highest insulation values for extreme temperatures

For freezer areas with temperatures from 0 °C to -28 °C – and even down to -80 °C on request – we offer high-performance and robust hinged freezer doors. With a door leaf thickness of 120 or 160 mm (80 mm for T170 ISO), they provide excellent insulation and thermal insulation. The high-quality sealing technology ensures reliable temperature stability and thus provides optimum protection for your goods.

The doors are available in stainless steel or galvanized sheet steel in RAL 9002 as well as in special colors. Designed with one or two leaves, they can be flexibly adapted to different room and application requirements. They can be optionally equipped with overhead door closers, door contact switches, impact protection or pressure compensation valves – for maximum safety and functionality even under extreme conditions.

For areas where fire protection is a top priority, we offer hinged fire doors with tested fire resistance T30 or fire resistance T90. The doors combine reliable protection with an attractive design in stainless steel or various RAL colors. Various frame systems – from standard corner frames to flush-mounted block frames – ensure a perfect fit. Windows, smoke protection closures and overhead door closers are optionally available. In this way, the hinged doors not only make an active contribution to your company’s fire protection concept, but also enable safe and efficient operational processes, even in safety-critical areas.
